• Developing marketing strategies and successfully letting our properties on the market
• Ensuring the long-term occupancy of our properties and acting as a reliable point of contact for prospective tenants
• Representing our company and our brands, myhive and StopShop, with conviction and an understanding of people and markets
• Working closely with estate agents, managing them in a collaborative and goal-oriented manner
• Organizing and facilitating viewings, creating compelling experiences in the process
• Producing informative letting and marketing materials
• Using digital tools to design processes that are efficient and future-proof
• Keeping an eye on technical and legal aspects
• Identifying opportunities and actively contributing to optimizing cash flow and the portfolio

• You have a very good knowledge of the Viennese office market
• You already have experience in commercial property leasing
• You have a good understanding of economic, technical and legal matters
• You are proficient with MS Office 365 applications
• You have very good communication skills in German (min. C1) & English (min. B2)
• You are a true team player, who enjoys taking on responsibility
• You think analytically, act in a solution-oriented manner and keep an eye on the bigger picture
• You enjoy sales and have a keen sense of customer needs
• You don't just build relationships, you nurture them over the long term

For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of 4.500,- EUR gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
